Yoga Class Descriptions

Intro to Sol Yoga

Intro Vinyasa is heated to 95°F and designed for those with limited or no yoga experience. This class focuses on the fundamentals and basic principles of Vinyasa style yoga. It safely breaks down the postures from our Power 1 beginner class, as well as teaching several time-honored yoga principles to deepen your mind-body-spirit connection.

Power 1 - Vinyasa Power Flow

Power 1 is a classic and vigorous Power Vinyasa sequence appropriate for beginner to intermediate students. Power1 is heated to 95°F-97°F and emphasis is placed on breath with movement, core strength, balance, and focus. Class follows the same sequence and postures each time to allow students to build the correct fundamentals of postures, movement and alignment.

Power 1-2 Vinyasa Power Flow

Power 1-2 is heated to 97°F-99°F and taught to the level of students present. The primary concept of this class is to offer many common postures to our students, as well as the more challenging variations for those who desire to explore deeper. Many common postures have three and four simple variations for you to explore! Have fun, be safe, and most importantly...enjoy the experience and challenge to get your day started!

Power 1.5 Vinyasa Power Flow

Power 1.5 is a Power Vinyasa Flow heated to 100°F-102°F, offered to bridge the gap between Power 1 and Power 2 classes. The intent is to offer familiar postures as well as introducing new sequences and postures, not necessarily intense, but always a challenge!  A great class for those days you are looking for middle ground. Have fun and enjoy class!

Power 2 - Vinyasa Power Flow

Power 2 is accessible to intermediate and advanced practitioners. This dynamic class is heated to 100°F-102°F and introduces additional postures. Power 2 is not sequenced, allowing students to explore new movement and postures with every breath.

Power 2-3 - Vinyasa Power Flow

Power 2-3 steps up for advanced yogis with a solid P2 practice looking for additional challenges, arm balances, inversions and strong flow, heated to 100°F-102°F.

Hot Hatha Fusion

Links the classic 26 Hatha and Bikram postures with breath. Postures are held longer and deeper allowing you to explore your breath, body and endurance. Hot Hatha Fusion is heated 102°F-104°F and open for all levels.

Candlelight Power 2

Candlelight Power2 is taught in a dim candlelit room to minimize distractions and offers a greater challenge for your balance, core and inner focus. Heated to 100°F-102°F

Hot Improv

Hot Improv is a dynamic flow that moves at a slower pace than our Power classes. Hot Improv is heated to 100°F-102°F and open to all levels. Each class is designed to encourage students to play with their limits and explore different parts of their practice. In this comfortable and fun environment, students are able to experience postures they never thought possible! The yogic concept behind this class is to embrace and explore change. Expect the unexpected, but most importantly, expect to challenge new parts of your body, have fun and grow.
