YOGA SURGE - New Class Starting July 29th!
Announcing the addition of Yoga Surge... Yoga Surge is a faster moving class and a total body work out adding functional exercises and plyometrics to help you avoid hitting plateaus. It is designed to be a more intense mind & body fitness experience. Yoga Surge will emphasize your core, increase your mental focus, tone and build muscle, increase your stamina, create more strength in each posture and surge your endorphins and adrenaline to new heights. Come and try this new and powerful mind body surge class to see and feel the difference for yourself.
Nutrition & Yoga Workshop - Tuesday, August 25th 6-8pm
Nourish Your Body and Indulge Your Life! Please join us for an evening with friends, yoga, and inspiration. Enjoy this special Sol Yoga two-hour event lead by Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor, Tishia Beneventi, AADP Health Counselor. The workshop will include a one hour yoga class of specific yoga postures to help burn calories, cleanse the digestive system and calm the nervous system. The second hour will focus on the following:

- Cleanse Naturally
- Eating for Nourishment
- Mindful Eating Practices
- Benefits of Yoga & Meditation
