Daniela Kent found her love of yoga while working at the vegetarian restaurant and yoga studio, Ubuntu, in the Napa Valley where free yoga was a benefit for all food service employees. Since her first Vinyasa class in Napa, Daniela has explored all styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Hot Yoga, and Power Vinyasa. Daniela's main focus is to bring a union between the mental and physical elements of her students' yoga practice.

Concentrating on breath control as a means to still the mind and bring awareness into the body, each asana is an opportunity for students to reconnect with their body, and build strength, flexibility, endurance, and positive energy. The yogic path of respecting oneself, respecting others, and aligning oneself with the positive energy in the world has a profound effect on all aspects of Daniela's life and is an experience she would love to share with all of her students and the rest of the world.
