Sol Yoga Teachers Jenna Miller

Jenna was introduced to yoga and meditation over five years ago as a way to relax and relieve stress. Since then, she has found an appreciation for the meditation in movement of Vinyasa. She completed her yoga certification at CorePower Yoga in early 2008 and has been with Sol Yoga since opening in March 2009. While often challenging, Jenna's classes are also encouraging and mix yogic principles with engaging and eclectic music.
