Sol Yoga Teachers Meg Tuazon

Meg Tuazon loves moving her body and inspiring others to do the same. As a swimmer, snowboarder, volleyball player, and surfer, Meg learned the effect of movement on her sense of wellness at an early age. During college, Meg initiated her yoga practice with Iyengar, and has found Vinyasa to be her calling. A favorite part of her personal practice, Meg challenges her advanced classes with arm balances and inversions. She also finds great joy in leading lifestyle and teacher training programs, as well as women’s retreats. Meg was formally trained by CorePower Yoga instructors, and has gained inspiration and perspective from taking classes all around the world. Having taught for the last three years, loving every moment of it, Meg is now bringing advanced education to her practice so that she can continue to teach to a broader spectrum of the population. In addition to advanced Vinyasa, she is an excellent instructor at all levels, specifically restorative and Bikram-based practices. Meg brings an anatomical, adjustment, alignment-based teaching style to her lighthearted and encouraging classes.
